Once your order is submitted and your payment is processed successfully, the payment card you provided will be charged immediately. In the case of any incorrect charges, we will swiftly initiate necessary adjustments. Please note that your card statement will reflect this transaction as "Yem Beauty." All transactions are processed in UK sterling (UK£). For your reference and record-keeping, we suggest you print and securely store all transaction-related information.

 

Please note that our ability to supply you with products showcased on our Site is subject to their availability. When you place an order, it constitutes a legal offer, which we may choose to accept or reject at our discretion. A legally binding agreement is only formed between us when you receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been successfully processed.

For prompt dispatch, ensure your orders are placed before 2:30 pm each day, and we'll ship them out on the same day. Any orders received post 2:30 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

We provide complimentary standard postage to our UK customers. For our European patrons, shipping is available at £8, and for customers elsewhere in the world, the shipping rate is £10.

We aim to efficiently deliver to our UK customers, with the estimated delivery time usually within 3-4 working days. However, during the peak period of the Black Friday weekend, deliveries may take up to 7-10 days. For international orders, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

For customers desiring expedited delivery within the UK, our Next Day Delivery service (Monday to Friday) is available at £8, ensuring your package arrives before 1 pm. Please be sure to check any applicable restrictions for this service.

For our UK customers, we also offer an exclusive Saturday delivery service at £11. Plus, we offer a special early Saturday delivery option available before 1 pm for optimal convenience.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to provide refunds on items that have been used. However, we gladly offer exchanges or replacements for products that are returned unused, unharmed, and in their original sealed packaging.
